About the Role
Virago Recruitment’s client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Real Estate Agent to join their property sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow a career in property development and real estate, working under the guidance of a Senior Agent to gain hands-on experience and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
🏡 Sales Support
Assist in marketing and promoting properties within new developments.
Help organize and host show houses and property viewings.
Accompany senior agents to client meetings, negotiations, and contract signings to observe and learn.
Handle initial client inquiries and provide basic property information.
📋 Administrative Duties
Keep property listings updated across marketing platforms.
Follow up on leads and client interactions.
Prepare sales documentation and maintain client records under supervision.
Conduct market research on local property trends and competitors.
Support the team with general administrative and coordination tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in real estate or a related field.
Education: Matric (Grade 12) required; a diploma or degree in real estate or property management is advantageous.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and highly motivated.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are advantageous.
