Role Overview:
Tracker is looking for a well-presented and approachable Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to join its Client Experience team at the Johannesburg Head Office.
This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and efficient service while supporting office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the switchboard and efficiently direct incoming calls.
Welcome and assist visitors, connecting them with the appropriate departments.
Handle incoming and outgoing parcels and mail.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Ensure visitor records are logged and badges issued, in line with security procedures.
Accurately relay messages and information to staff and departments.
Assist with general admin duties and tasks assigned by the Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) and at least 1 year of relevant reception experience or a suitable tertiary qualification.
Well-groomed and professional appearance with a friendly and energetic personality.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
