The role involves managing meeting rooms, overseeing consumables, and coordinating soft services to ensure a smooth and pleasant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a friendly, professional reception service.
Maintain meeting rooms and shared spaces, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
Assist with client enquiries and escalate concerns when necessary.
Liaise with external service providers for cleaning and hygiene support.
Compile daily and monthly operational reports.

Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or a related Hospitality qualification.
4–5 years’ experience in reception or front-of-house roles.
Proficient in MS Office.
