Key Responsibilities:

Switchboard: Answer and direct calls, take messages, maintain extension lists.

Reception: Greet visitors, issue badges, maintain visitor logs, keep reception tidy.

Client Data: Capture and update info in My Practice system (maintain confidentiality).

Meetings & Events: Book and prepare boardrooms, serve beverages, assist with internal events.

Logistics/Admin: Handle mail, couriers, parking allocations, office maintenance reports, and general admin tasks.

Support: Assist the Office Manager/EA and help with client gift preparation.


Requirements:

Education: Matric + NQF5 Office Administration.

Experience: 1–2 years in reception or client-facing role (corporate preferred).

Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), bilingual (English + 1 SA language), excellent communication & telephone etiquette.

Attributes: Professional, detail-oriented, team player, able to work under pressure, maintains a polished appearance.
