About the Role
Tracker is seeking a Retention Administrator to join their Retention Department at Head Office, Johannesburg.
This role supports customer retention by analysing data, managing reports, and ensuring accurate commission processes.
You’ll play a key part in providing insights that guide strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and update customer retention KPI reports.
Analyse churn, renewals, and customer behaviour to deliver actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards for internal teams.
Support performance tracking of campaigns and customer segments.
Administer retention commission and incentive payments.
Monitor team and individual performance against targets.
Resolve commission-related queries and maintain audit-compliant records.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, CVM, and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate reporting and payments.
Troubleshoot reporting issues with IT/BI teams and assist with automation of reporting processes.
Provide insights and reporting for business reviews and retention meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (essential).
At least 3 years’ Call Centre/Customer Service experience.
1+ year Tracker-specific experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Tracker systems/processes is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential).
