Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in selecting jewellery that reflects their personality.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through both in-store and online sales channels.
Stay up to date on product features, styles, and new launches.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and special orders professionally.
Keep the store and stockroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and product displays.
Support company sustainability initiatives by reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company, team, and customer information.
