Purpose:
To sell loans and policies through site visits, roadshows, and client engagements, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit new and underperforming sites.
Conduct roadshows, wellness days, and parades to promote products.
Capture loan and policy applications and ensure timeous processing.
Advise customers on Umsuka products and address queries.
Ensure compliance with National Credit Act & Consumer Protection Act.
Liaise with branches for smooth loan issuing and contract processing.
Requirements:
Grade 12 or National Certificate in Customer Service.
Sales and/or credit lending experience (advantageous).
Computer literacy.
Own vehicle & Code 8 driver’s license.

Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
Time management & multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
Bilingual with strong teamwork and organizational skills.
