Key Purpose of the Role

Drive used vehicle sales by offering excellent customer service, understanding client needs, closing deals, and exploring new business opportunities. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, maintain relationships, contribute to showroom operations, and align with Auto Pedigree’s growth goals.


Key Responsibilities

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Learn and promote vehicle features and benefits

Prospect for new clients and close deals

Assist with showroom setup and visual displays

Conduct test drives and manage necessary documentation

Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Explore new revenue streams and follow up on leads

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements

Handle escalations and provide customer feedback


Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric

Valid Code 8 driver’s license

2 years of sales or customer service experience (advantageous)

Motor industry knowledge and understanding of compliance (beneficial)

Familiarity with local languages (an advantage)


Important Notes

Must be willing to work weekends and flexible shifts
