About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader – Projects (Upgrade & Refurbishment), the Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit project tenders and quotes within deadlines.
Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
Organize and control project elements to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal requirements.
Participate in tender processes including design, submission, and review.
Prepare and monitor project cost calculations.
Provide sales forecasts based on submitted tenders.
Manage contract sign-offs and approvals.
Ensure project targets, budgets, and deadlines are met.
Oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Develop project objectives and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate internal resources and review contractor bids.
Define project specifications, customer requirements, and performance standards.
Lead project planning sessions and track progress, resolving issues where necessary.
Manage and approve project costs and contractor contracts.
Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed executive reports.
Enforce compliance with local and international regulations.
Maintain safe, clean, and professional work environments.
Requirements & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination/management.
Proficiency in MS Projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
