Description
As a Seasonal Store General Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations in one of our retail restaurant stores.
You will assist with both front-of-house and back-of-house duties, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and that store operations run smoothly throughout the festive period.
This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or those with some hospitality experience who are looking to build their skills in a high-paced, customer-facing environment.

Duties:
1. Able to stand for long periods of time
2. Able to lift, carry and move stock items and equipment
3. Great Customer Service
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Good eyesight
6. Taking customer orders and handling point-of-sale (POS) systems (if assigned to front-of-house).
7. Preparing and packaging food (if assigned to kitchen/back-of-house).
8. Restocking shelves and fridges throughout your shift.
9. Supporting team members to meet operational goals and sales targets.
10. Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
11. Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
Requirements:
1. Grade 10 required
2. National Senior Certificate (preferred)
3. Well-developed Literacy skills
4. Well-developed Numeracy skills
5. One year’s experience as a waiter
