Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to work with dealers across the Africa region to promote Caterpillar products and services. The role focuses on strengthening dealer sales capabilities, growing market share, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with dealers to market Caterpillar equipment, tools, and service agreements
Meet or exceed sales and market share targets within the assigned territory
Develop dealer strategies that enhance customer value and long-term relationships
Support inventory planning, tender processes, and product availability
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and regional sales strategies
Promote safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Build strong customer relationships through site visits and market engagement
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Strong knowledge of Caterpillar products and sales programs
Proven experience in construction or heavy equipment sales
Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the SADC region
Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience
