Purpose:
Maximizing sales by effectively offering AWESOME customer service and giving customers a WOW experience.
Requirements:
Matriculation Certificate.
6 (six) months’ retail experience.
To work shifts, you must own or have access to dependable transportation.
Duties:
- To perform any additional responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.
- Carry out all obligatory and service training as required.
- Maintaining absolute secrecy for all information.
- Conduct a frequent evaluation and personal growth review.
- To accept responsibility and obligation for adhering to current standard operating procedures.
- Cooperating completely in the implementation of any new technology or processes.

Key Responsibilities
Providing AWESOME customer service to ensure that customers have a WOW experience.
Attend to each client’s distinct and specific shopping needs while always putting the consumer first.
Ensure that customers receive timely and appropriate service on the sales floor and over the phone.
Follow all essential customer service requirements.
Identifying customers’ needs and advising on product selection, pricing, and warranties.
Customers are shown things, explained to them, and given advice.
