Job Purpose:
The role of the Soft Services Worker is to maintain a clean and hygienic environment at the SARB premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant space for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete allocated cleaning tasks on time and to set standards
Provide general cleaning services on executive floors and at the official residence
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as it relates to cleaning
Comply with health and safety regulations
Fill in for colleagues as needed (relief duties)
Communicate clearly with team leaders and coworkers
Maintain a high level of service orientation
Follow all internal procedures for assigned tasks
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 Certificate
At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a corporate environment
Additional Skills Needed:
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to adapt and work flexibly
Team player with a results-driven mindset
High service standards and stakeholder focus
