Key Responsibilities:
Maintain open and effective communication with dealers, keeping them updated on their orders and any related issues.
Handle dealer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, order progress, claims, and cancellations via helpdesk tickets, phone, and email.
Serve as the initial point of contact for dealers.
Address and resolve dealer and customer concerns, escalating complex issues when needed.
Offer timely solutions and follow up to confirm resolution within the set response times.
Remain calm and professional when responding to complaints.
Collaborate with departments like the warehouse and aftersales to resolve problems efficiently.
Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Support with processing price deviation requests.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good time management and adaptability
Proactive attitude and emotional intelligence
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with PANDA, SAP, and ODBC systems
Qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics and English
A national diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or automotive aftersales
