Introduction
The purpose of this position is to manage and control branch stock while assisting with day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Control
Process and acknowledge stock orders from technicians.
Follow correct procedures to order stock from Head Office (units, consumables, and tools).
Scan and pack stock accurately, ensuring each box is correctly listed on StockMover.
File signed StockMover copies and troubleshoot short deliveries.
Handle stock scanning for received and distributed items.
Manage stock movement requests and coordinate with the Systems department for authorization and updates.
Dispatch stock to fitters for installations.
Coordinate and oversee month-end stock takes.
Administration
Assist the Senior Branch Manager with:
CAMS updates
Reporting
Scheduling
Handling client queries
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
1–2 years’ experience in Stock Control (essential)
Previous administrative experience
Background in client services
