Position Overview
The Storeperson will manage and execute all physical goods movements—receiving, storing, picking, line feeding, packing, shipping, inventory control, and materials handling—while ensuring that physical and system data align accurately.
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor (TSSSA)
Project: CRRC
Key Responsibilities
Follow company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Perform ERP transactions and system updates before every physical goods movement.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics including goods receipts, putaway, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure safe storage conditions.
Execute inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and adjustments.
Handle picking, kitting, and line feeding on schedule.
Conduct packing and shipping activities to required quality standards.
Manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) — tracking, processing, and resolving with quality and planning teams.
Operate handling equipment safely and maintain store cleanliness.
Identify and participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a stores or warehouse environment
Forklift certification and valid forklift driving license (for operators)
A Basic Stores or Technical qualification is advantageous
Studying towards or qualified in Logistics Management is beneficial
Preferred Experience & Skills
Knowledge of ERP / SAP systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Reliable, disciplined, and well-organized
IT literate and adaptable
Team-oriented with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset

Timely and accurate delivery of parts to the production line
