Purpose of the Role
The Supervisor will ensure that production operations run efficiently, meet quality standards, and stay within budget while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to zero-harm and safety standards in line with OHS Act requirements.
Plan and manage production to meet on-time delivery (OTD) and quality goals.
Implement and maintain SOPs, 6S, Kaizen, and Lean principles.
Participate in operational meetings and update monthly Green Area boards.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Prepare and submit month-end reports for OPCO meetings.
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma (relevant field) or 1–3 years of related experience/training, or equivalent combination.
Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Problem-solving ability to handle practical challenges and non-standard situations.
