ERT / Tactical Officer – Cape Town.
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a skilled Tactical Officer to protect people and property through effective emergency response and tactical security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emergencies and manage high-risk situations
Conduct tactical operations, investigations, and risk assessments
Work closely with law enforcement when required
Maintain and operate tactical equipment and firearms
Compile reports and keep accurate operational records
Requirements:
Valid PSIRA Grade A or B
Firearm competency (Handgun, Rifle, Shotgun – business purpose)
Experience in tactical response, security, or military environments
Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills
Physically fit with ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver’s licence and clean record
