Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of trains.
Comply strictly with all safety procedures and service standards.
Assist in investigations related to train operations.
Support drivers with operational and safety tasks.
Respond to passenger queries and provide service information.
Ensure passenger safety and security.
Validate passenger tickets onboard.
Perform any other duties as required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal abilities.
Flexible and adaptable.
Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to undergo psychometric assessments and medical checks.

Fluent in English.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.
