This programme is open to unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35 with a minimum NQF Level 6 qualification. You’ll gain both classroom knowledge and practical on-the-job training across different fields.
This is a 2-year graduate development programme offered by Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM).
The programme combines structured learning with practical workplace experience. You will be placed in different departments depending on your qualification and assessed every six months to track your progress.
