RCL Foods is currently looking for a Warehouse Artisan to join our Groceries & Spreads Business Unit. The role is based in Boksburg.
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Warehouse Controller to execute various building maintenance and site service tasks. The responsibility of the role
includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general maintenance, as well as being the key liaison with maintenance service providers where required.
Requirements:
▪︎ Completed N3 and relevant Trade Test Mechanical/ Electrical/Millwright.
Knowledge and Skill:
Must have professionalism when presenting
yourself to others in your field of work.
Must be able to “think out of the box”.
Must be able to monitor each machine and know how to repair them using his / her skills.
Experience and Training :
● Minimum 6 years of experience is required
● Experience with high-speed packaging machinery and processing plant will be an advantage.
● Drivers license essential.
● Flexible to work shifts.
● To be willing to do the required stand-by duty.
● To ensure that all call-outs are answered promptly and efficiently.
● To be willing to perform work outside of normal working hours.
