Job Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products. The role focuses on helping customers make informed choices, building loyalty, and achieving store sales targets through excellent product knowledge and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure visibility within the healthcare department.
Advise customers on suitable healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products.
Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain stock levels by following stock management procedures.
Minimise wastage by adhering to stock rotation practices.
Reduce stock losses by following company risk management policies.
Ensure a clean, hygienic, and attractive store environment.
Follow merchandising guidelines to maintain appealing product displays.
Support overall store operations by adhering to standard procedures.
Continuously improve product knowledge and assist relief staff when required.
Knowledge Requirements
Essential:
Basic understanding of retail operations (stock management, merchandising, risk management).
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and supplements products.
Skills
Essential:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
At least 1 year of related experience in a customer service or sales environment.
Selling skills and customer service training.
(Desirable) Experience working with sports nutrition or vitamin-related products.
Education:
Matric with at least:
50% in English, and
50% in Maths or 60% in Maths Literacy, and
A pass in Physical Science or Life Science.
(Desirable) A qualification in Sports, Fitness, or Nutrition.
