The role is focused on delivering excellent customer service by offering knowledgeable guidance on healthcare, nutrition, and supplements to support sales and strengthen customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by being visible on the store floor and responding proactively to customer needs.
Advise customers on healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products based on their needs.
Drive sales in the healthcare department by promoting various brands, cross-selling, and upselling.
Maintain stock levels in the healthcare aisles by following stock management processes.
Reduce product wastage by applying correct stock rotation methods.
Minimise stock losses by adhering to all risk management procedures.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to create a welcoming shopping environment.
Follow visual merchandising guidelines to ensure products are displayed correctly.
Comply with all store operating procedures.
Maintain and improve product knowledge and assist relief staff by sharing information.
Knowledge Requirements

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Training in sales or customer service
Desirable: Experience with sports nutrition or vitamin products
Education:
Matric with:
50% English
50% Mathematics OR 60% Mathematical Literacy
A pass in Physical Science or Life Science
Desirable: A qualification in sports, fitness, or nutrition
