Level 07 (R325 101 per annum)
Admin Officer: Various Circuits (X4 Posts) – Maitland
Admin Officer: Circuit 6 – Oudtshoorn
Admin Officer: People Management – Worcester
Admin Officer: People Management – Parow
Admin Support Officer: E-Learning – Cape Town
Admin Support Officer: Curriculum FET – Cape Town

Requirements differ per post, but generally include:
A relevant 2–3 year post-matric qualification (Diploma or Degree)
Relevant clerical or administrative experience (1–3+ years depending on post)
Knowledge of policies, procedures and financial administration
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and related systems)
Some posts require a valid driver’s licence
Supply Chain Management knowledge for SCM-related posts
Applicants must be:Practical experience programs
South African citizens, permanent residents, or non-SA citizens with a valid work permit
Willing to undergo pre-employment screening and assessments
Dutues include:
Supporting procurement and supply chain processes
Managing documentation and records
Coordinating training and workplace skills plans
Assisting with learner support administration
Preparing reports and maintaining databases
Supervising administrative staff (where applicable)

Minimum Requirements (Health Posts)
Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
Relevant experience in HR, HRD, Information Management or Recruitment (depending on post)
Strong computer literacy
Report writing and database management experience (where required)
Valid driver’s licence for certain posts
