Job Overview:
Kia Alberton is hiring three dynamic Sales Executives to drive new vehicle sales. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing vehicle sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring top-tier customer service and meeting performance targets in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful deals.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable vehicle options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate prices, finalize sales, and ensure follow-up for customer satisfaction.
Provide advice on vehicle features and finance options.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure all sales processes comply with FICA, POPIA, and the Consumer Protection Act.
Operational Tasks:
Carry out all duties according to company procedures and standards.
Report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Participate in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales documentation.
Compliance & Governance:
Adhere to governance policies and legal regulations.
Escalate unresolved issues and apply appropriate solutions to operational challenges.
Finance & Loss Prevention:
Carry out tasks efficiently to avoid financial losses.
Ensure accurate handling of financial transactions related to sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
3–5 years’ experience in a vehicle sales environment
Valid South African driver’s license
