About the Role:
Absa is looking for a Sales Consultant (FAIS) to help expand its customer base by attracting new clients and growing existing customer portfolios.
The role involves driving sales through proactive client engagement, cross-selling financial products, and retaining clients, all while working towards achieving the branch’s sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers and grow existing portfolios.
Drive cross-selling opportunities across Absa’s products and services.
Contribute to the branch’s sales goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Mitigate business risks while growing customer profitability.
Requirements:
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) (minimum qualification).
FAIS-compliant qualification will be an advantage.
Sales experience within the financial services sector is preferred.
Competencies:
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Results-driven with a proactive sales approach.
Ability to meet and exceed targets.
