About the Role:
An entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals with client service experience who are interested in financial markets.
You’ll provide world-class support to a global client base, assisting with trading queries, platform support, and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries via phone, email, and chat using a cloud-based system.
Support clients with trading and administrative queries (e.g., P&L, margin, order types).
Provide execution-only dealing services after training.
Assist clients with technical support on trading platforms (MT4, TradingView, ProRealTime).
Run daily morning market calls and help resolve trade disputes.
Participate in local and international projects and cross-sell products where needed.
Requirements:
Education: Degree (finance-related preferred).
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong numerical ability & mental arithmetic.
MS Office proficiency.
Problem-solving & analytical approach.
Attributes:
Interest in financial markets.
Team player with enthusiasm and drive.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
