Purpose:
To provide prompt, high-quality customer service for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring cost-effective solutions and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage service administration: service sheets, invoices, job cards, warranty claims, and authorizations.
Maintain accurate customer data and dealership records.
Provide customers with advice and recommendations to enhance their experience.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Welcome customers professionally and manage their queries.
Collaborate with technicians to communicate service details effectively.
Manage and resolve customer complaints using dealer systems.
Support dealership processes to meet industry standards.
Requirements:
Education: Matric (Grade 12).
Experience: 2–3 years in the automotive service industry.
Basic technical understanding (vehicle service/repair).
Knowledge of OEM Group SA products & systems.
Additional language skills (advantageous).
Numeracy and good PC skills (MS Office).
