Key Responsibilities
Receive, load, and offload components and salvage parts.
Move components to designated areas as required.
Capture goods received (BR cores) on the ERP system.
Open job orders in the BRC planning system.
Conduct warranty pre-validation, ensuring all supporting paperwork is accurate and complete.
Liaise with internal teams to confirm documentation such as repair instructions, BR core assessments, and warranty details.
Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain safe operating standards.
Uphold housekeeping and contamination control requirements at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Valid Forklift/Hyster licence with proven driving experience
Experience using ERP systems (SAP/CRM)
Knowledge of SIS and ability to identify CAT parts and components
Basic computer literacy (MS Access, planning system updates)
Familiarity with standard operating procedures
Basic knowledge of component identification and exposure to equipment parts
