About the Role
Moladira Skills is looking for a Customer Service Agent with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join their team.
In this role, you’ll assist customers via chat, troubleshoot fibre-related issues, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer queries via chat platforms.
Provide technical support for fibre services and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity or account issues.
Escalate complex problems to technical teams when needed.
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
Educate customers on product features, promotions, and pricing.
Collaborate with technical and sales teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric / High School Diploma (essential).
1–2 years of experience in customer service — preferably in telecommunications or fibre services.
Strong communication, technical, and multitasking skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
