Purpose of the Role

The Quality Assurance Clerk is responsible for monitoring and evaluating call quality for contact centre agents who interact with both existing and potential customers. The role also involves coaching, feedback, and training to enhance service standards and ensure continuous improvement within the team.

This position is based at the Centurion branch in Gauteng.


Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions, including calls, chats, and emails.

Conduct call calibration sessions with call centre staff to align quality standards.

Compile and present progress and performance reports to management.

Support staff development through coaching and feedback sessions.


Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric) – essential.

Quality Assurance accreditation – advantageous.


Experience Required

Experience in Quality Assurance within a Sales or Customer Service environment.

Minimum 1 year of experience in both inbound and outbound/sales call centre operations.


Skills and Competencies

Strong administrative and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

Knowledge of program-specific policies, systems, and procedures.

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (preferred).
