Role Purpose

As a Client Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients — engaging with them via phone, chat, WhatsApp, and email. Your role is to provide professional, efficient, and friendly support, ensuring that every client query is resolved promptly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client interactions across multiple platforms.

Resolve queries and manage escalations in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience.

Share client feedback and insights to improve service delivery.

Stay informed about new technologies and service innovations.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

Experience:

At least 12 months in a call centre and administrative environment.

12 months in short-term insurance (STI) and client services experience.

RE5 certification is an advantage.


Skills and Attributes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven

Customer-focused with a professional attitude

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Reliable attendance and teamwork
