Purpose of the Role
As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive sales in the beauty department. You’ll also ensure that the store’s beauty section is well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with Clicks’ high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional beauty and skincare advice to customers.
Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell beauty products to meet monthly sales targets.
Keep up to date with new product launches, trends, and promotions.
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper merchandising.
Deliver superior customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
Enrol customers in the Clicks ClubCard loyalty programme.
Support in maintaining a clean, attractive, and efficient beauty department.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Essential: Grade 12 / Matric
Desirable: Beauty or skincare qualification
Experience:
Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, or sales is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of skincare and beauty products
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Results-driven and self-motivated
Team player with good planning and organisational skills
