Job Purpose
The Admin Officer is responsible for capturing data, updating technical documents, handling general office administration, and providing full administrative support to the Manager and all staff within the department.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general office administrative duties to assist the Senior Manager with daily operations.
Manage stationery orders.
Handle staff administration processes.
Arrange travel for the Manager and department staff when required.
Track all departmental training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure no training expires.
Take minutes and prepare necessary reports, graphs, and statistics.
Investigate and resolve weekly budget discrepancies.
Coordinate staff administration and travel logistics as needed.
Organise meetings and distribute typed minutes.
Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
Computer literate in MS Office, MIS, and SAP.
Knowledge & Skills
Basic financial knowledge.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Accurate typing skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
