The Role

We are looking for a QA Administrative Assistant to join our team in Midrand.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the QA department, including contract reviews, event coordination, and administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.

Organise and maintain departmental records (electronic and physical).

Draft, edit, and manage departmental communications.

Support engagement letters, Brazil status letters, and other QA tasks.

Coordinate and schedule meetings/events with team members and clients.

Prepare accurate reports and presentations.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.

Assist with expense reporting, filing, scanning, and data entry.

Act as backup for reception when required (calls, shipping assistance).

Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.


What Makes You a Good Fit

National Senior Certificate (Matric).

At least 1 year of administrative or similar work experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Professional, adaptable, and capable of sound decision-making.

Fluent in English (read, write, speak, and understand).


Additional Information
