Role Purpose

The Administrative Assistant provides after-sales service to clients, supporting ongoing relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, improving retention, and supporting the Practice Service model. Strong administrative ability and client relationship skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Process client instructions and queries

Gather policy information

Manage new applications and prepare quotations

Resolve all existing business client enquiries

Prepare for investment review meetings

Maintain and update the CRM system

Rebalance and manage existing investment portfolios

Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statements

Oversee office administration and management

Implement new business processes

Perform reception duties

Ensure compliance with FAIS requirements

Load new and existing business applications

Handle employee benefits administration

Manage diaries for new and existing business

Schedule and coordinate client appointments for the Wealth Adviser

Manage commission allocations and front office accounts

Prepare and implement life and investment proposals


Minimum Requirements

Grade 12

At least 1 year of experience in the financial services sector

Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language

Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Strong organisational, administrative, and technical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work under administrative pressure
