Role Overview
DHL Supply Chain SA is recruiting 25 young people for the YES 4 Youth Learnership Programme. The programme is designed for individuals eager to gain workplace experience, learn new skills, and prepare for future career opportunities in logistics and supply chain.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, adaptable, willing to learn, and committed to upholding the company’s values and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand client requirements.
Develop skills in the correct and safe use of equipment, and report any defects promptly.
Report and record any issues or non-compliance related to customer goods.
Work in designated operational areas as instructed by management.
Follow operational procedures and maintain safe working practices.
Assist with loading, offloading, and other warehouse support tasks as allocated.
Minimum Requirements
Matric with English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy (essential)
South African citizen
Unemployed youth aged 18–29
BBBEE candidates only
Valid driver’s licence (Code 08) – advantageous
Valid Forklift/Reach Truck licence – advantageous
