Salary: R417,864 – R573,228 per year (basic salary, plus benefits)


Employment Type: Permanent


Minimum Requirements:

A National Diploma in Administration, Public Administration, Public Management, or a related qualification that includes numeracy.

Strong understanding of administrative systems, public sector operations, and data management.

Experience with statistics, performance monitoring, and evaluation reporting.

At least 2 years’ experience in maintaining performance records and portfolios of evidence.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administrative and clerical support to the division.

Ensure work is accurate and continuously improved.

Address queries and escalate any unresolved matters.

Comply with all relevant legislation and governance rules in daily tasks.

Keep detailed portfolios of evidence for performance tracking.

Follow proper financial procedures and record-keeping within the division.

Work in line with established standards, policies, and SOPs.

Promote exceptional customer service and ethical behavior.

Maintain respectful, professional relationships with stakeholders.

Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Follow the Batho Pele principles in service delivery.
