Job Summary

SABS is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator: Quality Assurance Systems to support the Standards Division with administrative and coordination tasks related to quality assurance. The role focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to internal processes, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements governing quality assurance systems.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

Diploma in Science, Quality Management, or a related field (NQF Level 5).

Experience:

1–2 years of relevant experience in a Quality Administration or Quality Assurance environment at an operational level.


Key Responsibilities

Functional Management:

Capture, maintain, and report all Quality Assurance information accurately.

Conduct and document Quality Assurance assessments in the designated system.

Provide Quality Assurance statistics and assist with report compilation.

Prepare presentations and other materials for quality-related meetings or information sessions.

Maintain an updated and accessible information management system.

Ensure timely communication and distribution of Quality Assurance updates, newsletters, and project information.

Serve as the first point of contact for Quality Assurance queries and provide guidance when required.

Investigate and document customer complaints related to the Standards Division.

Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all documents are correctly managed.

Risk and Compliance Management:

Support fraud control, risk management, and compliance processes.

Provide evidence for internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.

Enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize business risk and ensure continuity.

Adhere to all relevant laws, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and effective communication.

Participate in committees, meetings, and task teams as required.

Provide timely responses to queries and ensure excellent customer service.

Follow up on unresolved issues and assist with information requests.
