About the Role
Switch Telecom is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales and Client Care Administrator to provide exceptional administrative and support services to both new and existing clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience using ticketing and CRM systems, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Handle customer support requests via phone and ticketing systems.

Coordinate and dispatch work orders to internal staff and external vendors.

Resolve account and billing queries promptly and professionally.

Prepare quotes by identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Manage the coordination and scheduling of orders, upgrades, and amendments.

Maintain and update client data accurately in company systems.

Support meetings, conference bookings, and general office administration.

Review and verify invoices, receipts, and work orders.

Manage inventory and hardware stock control.

Oversee vendor coordination, including porting and managed services.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Support sales agents with administrative and operational assistance.

Provide first-line technical or service support when required.


Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience with Ticketing and CRM systems.

Strong organisational, administrative, and time management abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Integrity, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the ISP or Telecommunications industry is preferred.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
