Motus Isuzu Isando is looking for an Administrator: Dealer Warranty to join their team. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and on time, in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Match invoices, outwork invoices, and orders to the correct job cards
Ensure all calculations follow the correct mark-up rules
Clear debtor accounts ahead of time
Verify that all repair orders have been signed by the vehicle owner
Check that technicians’ job records and clock times are complete
Confirm parts supplied and ensure documentation is signed off by the Service Advisor
Perform invoicing and apply accurate mark-ups
Process warranty claims correctly and within required timelines
Gather accurate information about customer complaints and causes of defects
Collect all documents needed to support each claim
Attach claim tags to parts and send them through timeously
Review suspense files daily
Monitor and report on claim statuses to the Manager
Manage the claims register and follow up to ensure payments are received
Confirm eligibility of vehicles for warranty work
Ensure technicians correctly tag and store warranty parts daily
Submit warranty claims according to distributor guidelines
Assist with additional tasks when needed
Attend mandatory training sessions provided by the distributor
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
3+ years’ experience in Warranty Administration
Motor industry experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy
