Role Purpose
To administer Discovery Invest products with precision and efficiency. This includes managing payments and addressing telephonic queries from policyholders, financial advisors, and franchises.
Key Responsibilities
Administer all Discovery Invest products in line with business rules.
Process Retirement Claims accurately and within set timeframes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a low error rate with a goal of continuous improvement.
Handle telephonic queries and escalations professionally from policyholders, advisors, and franchises.
Liaise with clients and franchises to obtain outstanding documentation and resolve issues.
Build strong relationships with financial advisors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report daily workload statistics to meet targets (TWT – Today’s Work Today).
Ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures.
Assist with system updates and enhancements testing and implementation.
Investigate and resolve tax-related errors accurately.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric (required).
University degree (advantageous).
Experience in retirement funds and tax directive applications will be beneficial.
