About the Role
Motus Autoworx, a leading name in the vehicle repair industry, is seeking a responsible, honest, and highly organized Administrator to join their Jet Park branch.
The role involves supporting the Branch Manager with employee administration, operational tasks, and cost management to help maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update training files and capture training records.
Keep accurate leave files and assist staff with leave-related queries.
Order and issue stationery, workshop uniforms, and refreshments.
Maintain OSHACT files and manage OEM manufacturer audits.
Create and scan job files.
Log repair calls for office and workshop equipment.
Manage petty cash.
Assist HR with branch-related queries.
Handle ad hoc branch duties as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 (Matric).
8–10 years of relevant experience.
5 years’ experience using TMS Teamwork/Mobility.
5 years’ vehicle workshop experience.
Valid Code 8 driver’s license (minimum 2 years).
Intermediate computer literacy.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
