About the Role
iqbusiness is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of daily administrative and operational activities.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the operations team and senior leaders.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, ensuring all documentation is in order.
Assist with data entry, procurement processes, record keeping, and inventory tracking.
Support internal systems related to HR, IT, and health & safety compliance.
Draft reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Manage internal communications and liaise with service providers.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
Proven ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
