Purpose:
Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders, helping Nedbank achieve its operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Process stakeholder requests and vendor invoice payments accurately in the relevant systems.

Reconcile supplier invoices with ledger accounts and supporting documents.

Support revenue growth by ensuring sales submissions are completed.

Track and allocate costs for services and maintain the transfer pricing system.

Use product MIS data to help reduce vendor costs.

Monitor departmental financial performance and assist in budget preparation.

Reduce risks and operational costs by ensuring accuracy and avoiding unnecessary spending.

Prepare and distribute reports, trustee packs, and month-end documentation.

Maintain and update files and legal documents in secure storage.

Escalate anomalies to management when required.

Stay informed on industry regulations and company policies.

Pursue professional growth through training and certifications.

Share knowledge within the team and participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Recommend improvements to processes, systems, and policies.

Qualifications:

Essential: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Preferred: Diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration

Experience:

1–2 years’ card servicing experience

Administrative processes and banking procedures

Data analysis and business terminology

Relevant regulations, governance, risk, and control practices
