Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll represent our brand and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You’ll exceed expectations by identifying customer needs and offering the best solutions.
The role involves tracking sales performance, selling a wide range of products, staying up to date with décor and fashion trends, finding new sales opportunities, and ensuring stock is replenished to keep the store customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the brand and provide exceptional customer service.
Meet and exceed customer expectations with tailored solutions.
Monitor sales against targets.
Sell across a diverse product range and keep up with the latest trends.
Identify new sales opportunities.
Replenish stock to maintain store readiness.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
