Role Overview
A full-time Administrative Officer position is available in Pretoria, responsible for supporting office operations, retail administration, and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) processes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Receive all raw materials, packaging, and related items in line with Food Safety Systems requirements.
Manage stock for all onsite retail products.
Capture supplier invoices and process invoicing for retail items.
Perform front-desk duties, welcome visitors, and register them on the FSMS system.
Handle general office tasks and manage office supply purchases.
Assist with account reconciliations, resolve invoice queries, and process credits, returns, and stock replacements.
Draft letters and manage general administrative correspondence.
Support retail representatives with administrative tasks and sourcing marketing materials.
Assist the FSMS team with documentation for new raw materials and maintain FSMS records.
Provide basic HR administrative support.
Requirements
Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to resolve problems independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with FSMS is beneficial.
Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
Good reading and writing proficiency.
Must have own reliable transport.
Full-time, onsite role.
