Job Purpose
The Administrator: People & Culture plays a key role in supporting and coordinating HR-related administrative processes and employee data management. This includes handling documentation, maintaining records, scheduling activities, and providing general support to HR initiatives within the People & Culture department.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
Organize and store both paper and electronic records efficiently.
Arrange meeting and conference room bookings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including taking and distributing minutes.
Maintain and update the employee database.
Arrange training sessions and workshops for staff.
Human Resource Administration
Perform accurate data entry of employee information.
Maintain and update personnel files.
Prepare HR-related documentation for employees and management.
Assist with HR projects and departmental initiatives.
Capture new employee data on the HR system.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labour regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Higher Certificate or National Vocational Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years of HR administration experience.
