Key Responsibilities
Assist artisans with welding and mechanical fitting activities on-site.
Support artisans during equipment breakdowns and field operations.
Contribute to maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture.
Follow reasonable instructions from supervisors and site management.
Participate actively in continuous learning and skills development.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science passed at 50% or higher.
Completed N3–N6 qualification (Pure Mathematics only; Maths Literacy not accepted).
Science and Technical Drawing from a recognized and accredited Technical College or Technical High School.
Valid driver’s licence (minimum Code 08).
Demonstrated interest and aptitude for an engineering trade, specifically Welding or Mechanical Fitting.
Must reside within the Vaal Triangle area.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
