Department
You will join the mining team within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse, multinational environment and collaborate across various cultures and business challenges.
Apprenticeship Programme
This programme blends classroom-based learning with practical, hands-on experience, giving candidates the technical skills and knowledge required for their chosen trade. After successfully completing the trade test, participants will receive a recognised trade certificate.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following academic requirements:
Grade 12 with English and Mathematics (NOT Mathematical Literacy) with at least 40% (Level 3), OR
N3 Mechanical qualification
Additional requirements:
Experience in a technical environment is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Natural interest and ability in engineering
